About Mauro

Mr. Quintero is a proud graduate of the University of California Berkeley.  There he graduated with a double major degree in Political Science and Spanish Literature in 2003.  In 2010 he graduated from the University of California Davis School of Law.  He was accepted into the California bar in 2010 and is a member in good standing.  

During law school and after graduation Mauro worked at the Sacramento District Attorney's Office.  There he worked in several specialty units including the Domestic Violence unit, Juvenile unit, DUIs.  His experience, which included several trials led him to the Calaveras County DA's office.  There he handled a wide array of cases and prosecuted cases at both the misdemeanor and Felony levels.  He was eventually promoted and was in charge of the DUI unit and helped prosecute cases involving impaired drivers (Drugs and Alcohol)  at both the misdemeanor and Felony levels.  Before leaving the DA's office Mr. Quintero was in charge of the narcotics unit.  He worked closely with law enforcement and helped prosecute drug traffickers of all illegal substances.   

Mr. Quintero is an experienced trial attorney,  He has successfully presented a multitude of Jury Trials both at the misdemeanor and Felony levels.  Trials including, theft, Domestic violence, gun and drug charges, DUIs.  His Excellence in the courtroom earned him the Outstanding prosecutor of the year award in 2013 by MADD.

Now Mr. Quintero implements  all of his experience to help his community fight and defend their rights.
